BBC Two controller Kim Shillinglaw spoke at the Edinburgh Television Festival today where she said of the new Chris Evans-hosted Top Gear, “It’s scary, but it’s really exciting.”
Evans was named in June to succeed Jeremy Clarkson on the motoring show after the latter's contract was not renewed following a dust-up with a producer.
